oh god, oh god... the other day [info]llamarines was going on about knightmare and I was thinking of the bit that I found scariest... well, I found it on youtube and it's still terrifying! Well, terrifying if you put yourself in your 6 year old headspace. Don't look at it if you hate spiders.

Of course Tregar wasn't trying to induce panic in the small children watching when he said:

in a panic inducing hoarse shout.

I was reading about it, and heard once that they panicked a kid wearing the helmet with a flying skull and his mates and Tregar screaming so much, he just started sprinting at top speed and crashed into the wall of the blue screen room

oh noooo!!

only about two or three teams ever won it I think! I remember one team ended up on a load of other kids' tv programs to get interviewed because winning warranted minor celebrity status as it was so hard.
